These Terms of Use regulate and inform all Users about the conditions for use of this Site.
Any person who has access to the Site (“USER”) accepts to observe and comply with the conditions set out here, as well as any other applicable legal condition.

The Provider reserves the right to modify any type of information which could appear on the Site, without prior notice.

Responsibility

The Provider accepts no responsibility for any information published on its Site, if this information has been published or manipulated by third parties.

The Site may use cookies (small information files sent to the computer used to access the Site) in order to carry out certain functions considered essential for the correct functioning and aspect of the Site. The cookies used on the Site will be temporal, the only purpose will be to make transmission more effective and they will not be stored at the end of the session. They will not be used, under any circumstances, to collect personal information.

From the client’s webSite it is possible to be redirected to third party webSite content. As the Provider cannot always be in control of content introduced by third parties, it does not accept any type of responsibility with respect to this content. The Provider will proceed to the immediate removal of such content which could contravene Spanish or foreign legislation, be morally offensive or alter public order, immediately removing the link to the said webSite, and reporting the matter to the competent authorities.

The Provider accepts no responsibility for the information and content stored, including but not limited to forums, chats, blog generators, comments, social networks or any other means that allows third parties to publish on the Provider’s Site. However, the Provider is at the disposal of all the Users, authorities and police forces, by actively collaborating in the removal or blocking of all that content which could affect or contravene Spanish or international legislation, third party rights or be morally offensive or alter public order. Should the User consider that anywhere on the Site there is material which could fall into any of these categories, they should contact the Site administrator immediately.

This Site has been revised and tested to ensure its correct operation. In principle, it should be operating correctly 365 days of the year, 24 hours a day. However, the Provider cannot eliminate the possibility of certain programming errors, or cases of force majeure, natural disasters, strikes, or similar causes which could interrupt the access to the Site.

Personal Data Protection

The Provider is completely committed to the compliance of the Spanish laws governing personal data and guarantees the fulfillment of the security measures as set out in the Spanish Data Protection Law (LOPD) 15/1999, art.9.

The Provider places the Privacy Policy at the disposal of the User by informing the Users about the following aspects:

  • Information about the responsible for data treatment
  • Data treated
  • Storage location
  • Storage purpose
  • The obligation to facilitate the data, as well as the consequences of not doing so.
  • About Users’ rights and the procedure to exercise them.

Intellectual and Industrial Property.

The Site, including but not limited to its programming, editing, and other elements, the designs, logotypes, text and/or graphics are property of the Provider, or holds the licence or express authorization of the creator. All the content on the Site is duly protected by the intellectual and industrial property law, as well as being registered in the corresponding public registries.

Independently of their original use, the partial or total reproduction, use, exploitation, distribution, and commercialisation needs previous written authorisation from the Provider. Any unauthorized use will be considered a serious breach of the intellectual or industrial property rights.

Third party design, logotypes, text and/or graphics that could appear on the Site, belong to their respective owners, and therefore they are responsible for any act of controversy that could arise in relation to them. The Provider, however, has expressed and previous authorisaton from the owners.

The Provider acknowledges the property rights of the owners, but the mere mention or appearance on the Site does not imply any responsibility, nor support, sponsorship or recommendation on behalf of the Provider.
