He is a lawyer in the Firm's Private Law Department. Specialised in the areas of Procedural Law and civil and commercial advice, he has extensive experience in judicial litigation, having participated in numerous dispute resolution processes for the contracting of financial products, construction defects, recoveries and leasing, among others.
In the field of Competition Law, he has specialised in providing advice and legal defence to those affected by cartels and abuses of dominant position at a European level.
He has a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid, and subsequently took a General Training Course for access to the legal profession at the Federico de Castro Law School (Villanueva University Centre).
His previous professional career has been developed in different national firms with offices in Madrid and Barcelona, ??in areas of private law litigation.
